I remember back in the 80′s when I was working on The Lion’s Share catalog, and we were discussing what kind of guarantee we should offer. And my boss, Marc Mosko, said, “What does Land’s End offer?… Then use that.” It was the standard then, and one that the insurance industry would be better off following now.
